Prohibited Use Policy

I-Mail (cloud) is a system designed to allow legitimate website owners, bloggers, and online marketers contact subscribers who have chosen to receive email communication from them. In order to protect the integrety and reputation of I-Mail (cloud) and our other users we have a ZERO tolerance policy regarding to spam.

Spamming is sending an email to anyone who has not explicitly provided you with their email. If you send an email to any email address that was not given to you by the owner of that email address you are a spammer. This means 'safe lists', list swapping, purchased lists, group lists, scraping and any other method of collecting an email address other than 'the owner of the email address knowingly provided it to you' is not permitted.

Any user account that is suspected of sending out spam emails may be temporarily suspended pending communication with the account owner. Any account that is determined to be sending spam (at the sole discretion of I-Mail (cloud) staff) will be permanently suspended (without refund).

Additionally emails must not contain information related to, or links directing to websites that contain information on the following:

Sexually explicit materials or pornography

Hate speech or violent content (I-Mail (cloud) staff will be the sole judge of what constitutes this)

Gambling sites

Pyramid Schemes, get rich quick scams, {legitimat online business activity is permitted} (I-Mail (cloud) staff will be the sole judge of what constitutes this)

Hack, malware, or file sharing websites that contain copyrighted material (that is offered or provided without the copyright owners knowledge)

Any illegal or dangerous activity(I-Mail (cloud) staff will be the sole judge of what constitutes this)

I-Mail (cloud) reserves the right to suspend service for any user who has violated these guidelines at any time without notice and without refund.
